No family in Koboko should go to bed hungry while our soil is rich and our farmers are willing. Agriculture remains the backbone of our economy and the heartbeat of every household. As your Member of Parliament, I will champion bold strategies to improve food security, reduce malnutrition, and unlock the full economic potential of farming families across the county. I will lobby for the construction of well-organized agricultural markets in every sub-county to eliminate post-harvest losses and increase farmer incomes. I will push for the upgrading of rural roads to national standards to reduce transport costs and ensure that crops reach markets quickly and profitably. I will also work closely with national leaders to ensure that Koboko benefits from the infrastructure opportunities that come with hosting refugees—particularly in power and road extension.
