Cultural revitalization is essential to preserving identity, fostering unity, and promoting peaceful coexistence in Koboko. As Member of Parliament, I will champion the development of strong cultural institutions that celebrate our diverse heritage and pass it on to the next generation. I will advocate for the establishment of a modern studio for music, drama, and the performing arts—creating a platform for youth and cultural groups to express themselves, develop talent, and earn from their creativity.
I will also support the organization of regular cultural talent competitions across the district to promote community pride and strengthen social bonds. Traditional forms of conflict resolution will be promoted as respected, community-rooted mechanisms to manage disputes peacefully and constructively. By investing in our cultural infrastructure and empowering local creatives, we will ensure that Koboko’s cultural wealth becomes a source of unity, resilience, and economic opportunity.
